Springsteen’s ‘romance’ with NJ woman was ‘talk of town’

New York, April 12: Bruce Springsteen’s alleged romance with a New Jersey woman had not gone unnoticed amongst townspeople, according to a source. The rocker was accused of cheating on his wife with Ann Kelly whose marriage is now headed for divorce.

Arthur J Kelly had filed papers in a court on March 27 on grounds of adultery by his wife of 17 years. In his legal documents, he accused Ann of ‘committing adultery with Springsteen, who resides in Rumson, NJ and Colts Neck, NJ at various times and places too numerous to mention.’ According to the source close to the couple, the mum-of-two and the singer bonded at the Atlantic Club gym in Red Bank, NJ. "People saw it for years and years, but they are a nice family, and you never want to believe it. You think it`s all rumours," the New York Post quoted the source as saying. Arthur had allegedly chosen to ignore the matter at first but later confronted his better half with it. The source said: "It served as a wake-up call, and Arthur finally said enough is enough. The rumblings got to the point that he couldn`t ignore them anymore." Meanwhile, both Ann and Springstreen have denied the allegations. ANI
