Los Angeles: Disney star Selena Gomez stole the spotlight from actor John Corbett, when a mob of female fans snubbed him to meet her.

The pair was in Canada shooting for their new movie "Ramona and Beezus", when Corbett came across such a situation. All the girls ran past him to have a glimpse of Gomez, reports aceshowbiz.com. The 49-year-old "Serendipity" actor said: "I had no idea! These girls were hanging out and one day I came out and they all started to go nuts in the lobby. I was in the lobby and I thought, how sweet, they all must be `My Big Fat Greek Wedding` fans - and they pushed the old man out of the way! Selena was right behind me.
