Gibson’s ex sits for deposition in custody battle

London: American actor Mel Gibson’s ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva has testified about her troubled relationship with the actor to gain custody of their baby daughter. Gibson parted ways with Grigorieva earlier in 2010 and the former couple is now entangled in a battle over visitation rights to their seven-month-old daughter Lucia.

The Russian singer sat for the deposition in Los Angeles on July 2, 2010. Gibson and Grigorieva`s break-up has turned into a awful legal spat in recent weeks with Grigorieva reportedly winning a restraining order in Los Angeles against Gibson amid allegations that he was violent towards her, reports The Daily Express. She also accused Gibson of failing to pay for the upbringing of their child.
