Priyanka Chopra is happy to be back to ‘civilisation’!

Mumbai: Known to be very politically correct, Bollywood diva Priyanka Chopra seems to have failed to live up to her image this time around! The actress, who was in Srinagar a few weeks ago shooting for Vishal Bhardwaj’s ‘Saat Khoon Maaf’, apparently got into trouble after she had a ‘slip of tongue’ recently. All through her stay in J&K, Piggy Chops was grabbing headlines in the local media, and her presence was marked on a daily basis with a regular updates on how she loved Kashmir and how she would even consider being the ambassador for J&K, etc. However, PC sort of contradicted herself when she landed in New Delhi airport after her stay, as reportedly told a news channel that she had enjoyed her stay in Kashmir but was happy to be back to ‘civilisation’. A source says, “Some locals and even some political heavyweights are annoyed with Bollywood actors who come to Kashmir, sing paens in honour of the state, and then on their return to their homes, become careless in describing their stay in Kashmir. Strife ridden or otherwise, Srinagar is home for a whole load of people. One has to be very careful about what one says. The Kashmiri people are very sensitive about their home, just like any of us is.”
