New York: Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed that she once got some tough love from her famed trainer Tracy Anderson, after she saw the actress’s posterior post baby Moses’ birth.
The 40-year-old actress revealed that her derriere apparently became problematic after she gave birth to her son Moses.
“When [Anderson] came to New York, and I met her, she pulled my pants down and — I’ll never forget it as long as I live — she was like ‘Oh my god! I did not expect this. Your butt is so long and square, but you look so good in clothes!’” the New York Post quoted her as telling the fashion website Refinery29.
Paltrow widely credits her amazing post-baby body to Anderson.
Anderson recently told the publication that the ‘Shakespeare in Love’ star stays in such great shape as she is “disciplined” while sweating through her aerobics routine six times a week.
