Posing for portraits is like ‘being raped’ says Johnny Depp

Washington: Johnny Depp, who reportedly earned around 300 million dollars for his role in ‘The Pirates of the Caribbean’ recently revealed that he considers posing for photographs ‘dumb’ and compared it to ‘being raped’.

He made these remarks while expressing his hatred towards getting himself clicked. “Well, you just feel like you’re being raped somehow. Raped ... It feels like a kind of weird - just weird, man. Whenever you have a photoshoot or something like that, it’s like - you just feel dumb. It’s just so stupid,” Contactmusic quoted him as telling Vanity Fair magazine. The actor also articulated his disagreement towards movie stars being paid big bucks and said that it is ‘stupid’. But still he accepts the huge amounts offered to him, just for the sake of his children. ANI
