Sarah Jessica Parker celebrates low key birthday

London: She is best known for her role as the party animal Carrie Bradshaw in `Sex and the City` but actress Sarah Jessica Parker chose not to celebrate her recent birthday, unlike her on-screen character.

The actress celebrated her 46th birthday enjoying rather more low-key activities than her character is famed for, reported the Daily Mail online. The award winning actress spent her afternoon walking around the West Village with her 1-year-old identical twin daughters Tabitha and Marion, and their nanny. The actress famously endured fertility problems while trying to conceive for a second time with husband Matthew Broderick, and had to resort to surrogacy. Parker is currently working on her latest film `I Don`t Know How She Does It,` where she plays a financial executive struggling with the notion of `having it all`. Parker was hoping for a third cinematic outing for `Sex and the City,` telling the LA times "I`d definitely tell that [third] story, and I know Michael (Patrick King, creator) would do it right... maybe in five years, you know?"
