Akshay’s unbutton act could land him and Twinkle in jail

Just a week after a the unbutton act at the Lakme Fashion Week when a case was registered against Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and his dainty wife Twinkle, police said that it is looking forward to arrest the couple as well as the organisers of LFW.

Mumbai, April 08: Just a week after a the unbutton act at the Lakme Fashion Week when a case was registered against Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and his dainty wife Twinkle, police said that it is looking forward to arrest the couple as well as the organisers of LFW. On March 31, Akshay – the brand ambassador of Levi’s walked down the ramp to his wife Twinkle, sitting among the audience and solicited her to unbutton his jeans. Shortly after two days, Anil Nair – a social activist filed a complaint against Akshay, Twinkle and the organisers of LFW for their crude act. According to Arvind Mahabdi, ACP, “We’ll make the arrests soon and then take their statements.” The police is yet to send orders to the couple. The spokesperson of Akshay – Sanchita said, “We’ll respond when the police approach us.” However it is a bailable offence, yet, if found guilty, the couple might have to spend three months in confinement. A case has been already filed in Meerut against the couple, which will be heard on April 13.
