Bollywood beauty Priyanka Chopra, who’s known to be quite a party person, is in a mood of celebration as she turns 28 today. The actress may be extremely busy shooting for her much-awaited flicks ‘Anjaana Anjaani’ and ‘Saat Khoon Maaf’, but she's managed to chalk out time to celebrate her special day in Phuket with her gang of girls! "It is only my second vacation in eight years," Priyanka told a news daily.

The actress may be extremely busy shooting for her forthcoming flicks ‘Anjaana Anjaani’ and ‘Saat Khoon Maaf’, has managed to chalk out time to celebrate her special day in Phuket with her gang of girls! A source close to the actress revealed, "Priyanka has gone to Phuket with six of her friends... all girls! She will celebrate her birthday there... her schedule was planned to make sure she got the time off." On the other hand, without revealing much about her birthday plans, Piggy Chops posted on micro-blogging site Twitter: "Off for my sinful holiday with my girls! Oh sooooo needed it... See you guys in paradise." Talking to a news daily about her latest vacation, PC said, “It is only my second vacation in eight years.’’

It’s also been revealed that this is just the second time in her 28 years that Priyanka is celebrating her birthday away from her parents.This year, however, she decided fly to Phuket with her all-girls gang as she feels she is all grown up and is ready to holiday on her own.
