Washington: For the first time, Mel Gibson will swear to tell nothing but the truth about Oksana Grigorieva and their custody war.

The troubled star will be under oath on Monday, reports a wesbite. Gibson is to present himself at a ‘neutral location’ for his deposition, according to sources. However, as per judges, the matter of the domestic violence will not be addressed. The subjects will only be custody and child support.
