Leona Lewis ‘being comforted by German dancer after split’

London: British pop singer Leona Lewis is being comforted by a German dancer after she broke up with her childhood love.

The star has become close to 22-year-old German dancer Dennis Jauch. They were seen enjoying a trip to the Hagenbeck Zoo in his home city of Hamburg. “They seemed so comfortable together – Leona was smiling throughout the day. She’s had a rough couple of weeks but she looked happy and relaxed,” The Mirror quoted an onlooker as saying. Dennis has given company to the 25-year-old singer on several evenings out in London, including the Cirque nightclub. Leona had been dating childhood love music-artist ­manager Lou al-Chamaa for 10 years, but they split at the end of June 2010 due to work schedules. However, Leona’s spokeswoman insisted that the couple are just good friends. ANI
