Los Angeles: R&B singer Etta James has been hospitalised after complaining of breathing problem.
The 73-year-old, who is battling leukaemia, spent Christmas in a hospital. Her longtime manager Lupe De Leon said she was "in pretty bad shape", reports contactmusic.com.
Last week, a judge set aside $350,000 for the treatement of "At last" singer and ruled that her husband Artis Mills would remain the conservator of her estate following a legal challenge by her son, Donto James.
