I don`t want to be in news all the time: Hrithik

Hrithik Roshan has been in news for all the wrong reason off late.
And the actor, who had an altercation with media persons in Shirdi and was roughed up by Delhi crowd yesterday, says he doesn`t want to be in the news all the time. "Each individual has his own personality. I may be a bit more shy than others, but that`s it. And I don`t feel like to be in the news all the time for no reasons, or to just push my image of a superstar," Hrithik told reporters here. The 36-year-old actor, whose much-hyped `Kites` opened to mixed reviews, but made impressive box-office collections this Friday, had allegedly behaved roughly with some mediapersons when they tried to click pictures of his family during their visit to the shrine on May 8. He had refused to pose for pictures after entering the temple complex with father Rakesh Roshan, mother Pinky Roshan and wife Suzanne claiming an invasion of privacy. "I am a little sad about the press. But then it is about those five individuals who were present then. I cannot generalise and blame the entire media," Hrithik said. Recalling the incident, he said that the scribes refused to accept his request of let them pray to God without any hindrance. "I told them to give me just 35 seconds to pray and then I will talk to them. But they did not listen. The situation had then moved beyond words," he said. PTI
