Paltrow reveals how she lost baby weight

Gwyneth reveals how she regained her figure after giving birth to her second child.

London: Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed how she regained her figure after giving birth to her second child in 2006.
The Oscar-winning actress, who is married to Coldplay singer Chris Martin, even said that every woman could make time to burn off post-natal pounds. "After my first pregnancy, the weight had come off a little bit better but after the second one it was really stubborn. It was really hanging on," the Mirror quoted her as saying. "It was not easy and, when I started it, it was by far the hardest thing I have ever done - but I really was seeing results so it motivated me to just work through it," she added. Paltrow’s personal trainer Tracy Anderson helped the 37-year-old lose weight. "Every woman can make time - every woman - and you can do it with your baby in the room," the actress said. "There`ve been countless times where I`ve worked out with my kids crawling around all over the place. You just make it work, and if it`s important to you, it`ll be important to them," she added. Gwyneth has described losing baby weight in the Tracy Anderson Post-Pregnancy Workout. ANI
