LiLo `under investigation over alleged nightclub altercation`

Washington: Lindsay Lohan, who has only been off formal probation since the end of March, is accused of getting into an altercation with a woman in a nightclub earlier this week.

According to sources, a woman filed an incident report alleging battery with the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department on Saturday night. The 25-year-old apparently got in a disagreement with a fellow party-goer on Thursday night after she made it clear that she wasn’t happy with the female talking to her male friend and began pushing and shoving her. Police sources say they will investigate the woman’s claims to determine whether the details that she has given them are true or not. “Lindsay was absolutely not involved in any sort of altercation whatsoever. This is clearly another case of someone looking for money and 15 minutes of fame,” TMZ quoted Steve Honig, Lindsay’s representative, as saying. ANI
