Teen Katy Perry ‘used to tape her large breasts down’

London: Though known for her enviably curvy figure, Katy Perry has revealed that she was so embarrassed by her large breasts during her teenage that she resorted to taping them down.

The 26-year-old singer desperately prayed for curves, as she was extremely skinny. But when she hit puberty, she was so ashamed of her figure that she started taping her breasts down. “God answered that prayer, above and beyond by, like, 100 times, until I was like, ‘Please, stop God. I can’t see my feet anymore,’” the Daily Mail quoted her as telling Rolling Stone. “I was a lot more rectangular then. I didn’t understand my body. Someone in sixth grade called me “Over-the-shoulder boulder holder,” she said. “I started taping them down. How long did I tape them down for? Probably until I was about 19. And, no, I don’t have any psychological pain because of it,” she added. ANI
