Winehouse to look after sick children in St Lucia

London, June 10: After annoying her St Lucian fans with a bad performance, it seems that singer Amy Winehouse is trying to win them back by volunteering to help sick children in the Caribbean island. The `Rehab` singer has been on an extended break on the sunny isle since December last year in a bid to overcome her drug addiction and has also been working on an an album.

Now the 25-year old songstress is set to join one of the island`s charitable schemes to help needy kids by spending time in maternity clinics and preparing meals for the poor, reported Contactmusic. "Amy is keen to look after children on the island through these community projects," said Winehouse`s representative. Bureau Report
