EdServ’s HumThum Apps gets into Limca Book of Records
EdServ’s educational content and tuition services are available across all Samsung, Blackberry and Nokia smart phones.
Chennai: Chennai-based Education support services company EdServ Tuesday said its HumThum application has entered the Limca Book of Records for launching 24,000 pin code area wise websites in one go in 2011.
EdServ has become the first company in India to do so, it said in a press release.
HumThum is a unique mobile based Knowledge apps that can be accessed anywhere anytime from the mobile smart phone. Over 1,50,000 users have accessed HumThum’s mobile apps.
Developed in-house at EdServ, HumThum apps provides Educational Support Services that includes doubt clearing, tutor search and assessments, Career Services and Local Area based Services across these 24000 pin codes and is also a platform for sharing news and undertaking eCommerce activities that includes selling and shopping online and serves as a discussion forum on various topics.
