New Delhi: Google CEO Sundar Pichai is a self-confessed cricket fan and adores Sunil Gavaskar and Sachin Tendulkar. He also played cricket as a kid and dreamt of becoming a cricketer. But fate had it otherwise.

The Google CEO who is in India for the first time after taking charge of the internet search giant confessed while addressing students at Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, on Thursday that he dreamt of being a cricketer.

Taking time off from his busy schedule, the Google CEO played a stroke or two at the India Gate with a few local residents.

Now, that is a real cricket fan!
