But the Russian singer, who is currently involved in a custody battle with the actor over their 12-month-old daughter Lucia, admits she wants everyone to know how much of a "bully" her former partner is. The Los Angeles district attorney is currently in the process of deciding whether or not to charge the 54-year-old actor, who allegedly attacked Grigorieva while she had their daughter in her arms, with domestic violence. An investigation is also underway to determine whether the 40-year-old beauty attempted to extort millions from Gibson in return for keeping the explosive tapes private, something which Grigorieva vehemently denies.
