Abu Dhabi: Reality star Kim Kardashian, who will be visiting Abu Dhabi and Dubai between October 13 and 15, has revealed that she would love to act in a Bollywood movie some day.
In an interview to Gulf News, Kardashian, who will be making her first trip to the Middle East with her mother-cum-manager Kris Jenner, said: "I would love to be in a Bollywood movie.
Every time I see a Bollywood film it seems so glamorous. My brother actually went to India once and came back with all this amazing jewellery and so many stories. I would love to go there."
Apart from acting in a Bollywood movie, the Kardashians are looking to integrate their fashion brand, open a nightclub, interior design an entire building, get to grips with the food and see the sights in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
On their proposed visit to Abu Dhabi and Dubai, she said: "We really appreciate our fans in the Middle East," said Jenner in an interview conducted in Los Angeles and given to tabloid! by Hollywood.tv. "We’re excited to come and have an adventure with them. We want to thank all the people who have tuned in, invested in us. At the end of the day, it’s all about family."
She added, "When someone says ‘Dubai``, I think of this glamorous place. I think about the fashion, about food. I think about just the culture over there — [it] is something that I’m so not used to. I just wanna go and embrace it. When I was first invited to Dubai, I was just so excited because it’s a place I’ve just always wanted to go to. I’ve never been to the Middle East. This will be my first trip and I’m going with friends. I want to really just see the town."
"My E! show will be following us to Dubai and the whole experience of coming [to] this country and seeing Dubai for the first time," Kardashian said.
Kardashian is coming to Abu Dhabi and Dubai with the help of enterntainment and media consultants Sheeraz Inc.
She said that she hopes to meet "many amazing people" during her three-day visit.
"I want to make some new friends and that they can just take me around and just show me Dubai.
Speaking about her business plans, Kardashian told Gulf News recently: " I am so open to different business ventures. I’m a businesswoman, at the end of the day. I just wanna get out and see what it’s all about. I’m so excited to bring my TV show so the US can really see what Dubai is really like and to kind of document my experience."
She also said: "I love Arabic food and I love Arabic music. I mean, I’m half Armenian so I love Middle Eastern food. I’m curious to see what the food will be like. I’m really hoping to be able to learn about the fashion. I’d love to take some of their influence back with me, I mean I have my own Kardashian collection clothing line so I would love fashion from another place to inspire me."
"My sisters and I get asked all the time to open up a Dash store in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. I think it’s just really important for me to see what it’s like first. I don’t wanna dive in too soon. I’d like to spend more time in Dubai and [will] hopefully open up a store there soon."
Kardashian also revealed that she is really excited to be launching her own " Millions of Milkshakes" in Dubai after launching the brand for the first time in Los Angeles.
"I still can’t decide on my milkshakes. I have two favourites. Maybe I’ll talk my mum into picking one of them and I’ll have the other one and that way I can have the best of both worlds," she said.
The Kardashians will open the Millions of Milkshakes store in The Dubai Mall on October 14.
