London: Katie Price was so desperate to sell her Surrey mansion where her first two marriages ended that she accepted about 250,000 pounds below the 3million pounds asking price, it has been revealed.
Katie, 33, who had spent 150,000 pounds having the mansion done up by interior designer Dawn Ward, reportedly wanted a fresh start for her romance with Leandro Penna. “Kate agreed on a lower fee just to get rid of it. She doesn’t have happy memories of living there now so she’s just glad to be shot of it,” the Mirror quoted a friend of Katie as saying. “She lived there with Peter and Alex and both relationships ended in disaster. It was like the place was cursed. “Admittedly it’s not like her to settle for a smaller fee... but she’s glad it has gone and she can move on now. It’s a fresh start for her, Leandro and the kids,” the source added. ANI
