Akshay’s gift to wifey Twinkle - Rs 3 crore worth ‘Bentley’

Mumbai, Dec 27: Akshay Kumar is always known to shrug off the stereotypes that surround him. From being an action star to becoming the ‘Kinng of Comedy’, the actor has done it all. But very few people know that inside his strong exterior, Akki carries a heart of gold and who would know this better than his dear wife Twinkle (Tina) Khanna, who is a witness to Akki’s lovely gestures. But then Akki isn’t that predictable, is he? For the actor recently surprised his ladylove Tina (right a few days before her birthday- Dec 29) by gifting her a grand Bentley car worth a bomb. According to reports, Akki spent a lavish Rs 3 Crore on the silver wheels in question. Akki, had apparently been planning this surprise since past two months and had told a friend that he was very proud of Tina and she deserved the best of everything. It is believed that Akshay handed over the keys to Twinkle right before he flew off to Hong Kong for a Christmas show and Tina was obviously overwhelmed to get the keys of the car.
