Arnie gets family home as part of divorce settlement with Shriver

New York: The first part of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver’s divorce settlement has been announced, and the actor gets to keep the family house as part of the agreement.

According to TMZ.com, the former governor and the TV newswoman had no prenuptial agreement when they tied the knot 25 years ago, reports the New York Daily News. This is apparently the only detail of their split that has been worked out. Sources said their 400 million pound net worth was largely amassed during the marriage, which means it’s all community property under California law. Shriver has already agreed to buy a Brentwood home for 10 million pounds. ANI
