Charlie Sheen garners two million Twitter followers

Sheen broke the Guinness World Records for gaining most fans in the shortest length of time.

New York: Actor Charlie Sheen now has more than two million Twitter followers, and that too just four days after he broke the Guinness World Records for gaining most fans in the shortest length of time.

Sheen, 45, had established his Twitter account on March 1, and in just 25 hours and 17 minutes he had a million followers. “We gobbled the soft target that was 2.0 mil, like a bag of troll-house zombie chow,” the New York Post quoted Sheen as writing about the milestone. “Hey Guinness, might wanna start writing them in pencil,” he added. Sheen had earlier been reported to have signed a deal to join 5,000 other celebrities, from Paris Hilton to Snoop Dogg, to deliver product endorsements on the microblogging website. He called the deal “a cash cow” and said he expected to make 1 million dollars from it. ANI
