Los Angeles: ‘Scream’ star David Arquette is planning to open a late night venue in the New Year.
The 40-year-old actor is going back to his roots with Good Life, which will be situated at the Beverly Hilton Hotel and will open sometime in 2012, reported E! online. "There will be singing and dancing, a live band and puppets. Not Muppets. They`re gonna be grown-up puppets. It`s getting back to my roots. My family goes back to Vaudeville. It`ll be a place for people to go to perform," he said. Arquette, who previously invested in the Hollywood nightspot Beacher`s Madhouse but pulled out after a few months - is not the only celebrity to buy their own nightclub. Both Jay-Z and Pete Wentz are regular visitors to their music venues in New York, with the hip-hop star often accompanied to `The 40/40 Club` by wife Beyonce Knowles. PTI
