London: The mother of two of Michael Jackson’s children has given her approval for the kids’ guardianship to be shared between their grandmother Katherine Jackson and the late singer’s nephew TJ.
Prince Michael and Paris’ mother, Debbie Rowe, who was married to the King of Pop for three years in the 1990s, has filed legal documents approving their care following a Jackson family feud last month.
The former nurse filed the documents at Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday and insists that she will intervene in the matter again if she becomes unhappy with how the children are being looked after.
In the files, obtained by TMZ, she states, “Should the arrangement sought by T.J. Jackson and Katherine Jackson become untenable, unstable, unsafe, or in any way contrary to the best interests of the children, Ms. Rowe will seek court intervention,” the Daily Express reported.
The children’s cousin T.J., son of Michael’s brother Tito, first applied to take guardianship of the children while Katherine was on vacation in Arizona last month and a judge had ruled Rowe must be notified of any changes to their care.
The legendary singer was also father to another son called Blanket, who was born via a surrogate mother after the singer divorced Rowe.
