Mumbai: Bong beauty Bipasha Basu ushered in her 33rd birthday with her close gal pals in Mumbai on Friday night. The hottie did not have any of her rumoured exes at the party.
The actress, who turns 33 on 7th January, had a cosy bash with her friends in Mumbai. Shahid Kapoor and Rana Daggubati did not feature in the guest list.
Speaking to a daily a source said, “Bipasha is in a very happy space right now, both work wise and personally. So she wanted to share it with her closest pals. Her friends knew this and so they decided to keep it an all-girls affair and not complicate things by inviting her speculated boyfriends to the party.”
The actress’s mom cooked yummy biryani for everyone and beer and laughter flowed through the night. It was an all girls night and Bips, who has been ‘single’ ever since she broke up John Abraham in January last year, loved all the attention she got from her friends.
“Her mum flew in especially for the occasion and her close friends Dianne and Suzy along with her sisters Bidisha and Vijeta were present at the party,” added the source.
Meanwhile, the once good friend, Rana Daggubati wished Bips on Twitter and wrote, “Happy Birthday @bipsluvurself, have a lovely year.(sic)” While Bipasha has thanked her other friends like Abhishek Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra, R Madhavan and Sonam Kapoor, Rana is yet to get a reply from the hottie.
We wish Bipasha a great birthday!
