Gaga stopped by security at Heathrow airport
London: Lady Gaga`s weird fashion sense landed her in an uncomfortable situation at the Heathrow airport when her studded outfit tagged her as a security risk.
The `Paparazzi` hitmaker had just finished the last ofher shows in the UK and was set to board a plane back to NewYork when airport security apprehended her.
The 24-year-old singer`s rubber outfit and spiked handbag caused her to be red flagged. Gaga was then pulled aside by airport security and subjected to a full body scan, reported People online.
When officials realized it was the Grammy Award winning singer`s outfit which had raised the alarm, they allowed her to carry on with her trip.
"She wasn`t too happy but everything was fine," said a source.
Famous for her outrageous outfits, Gaga was dressed ina leather jumpsuit and heel-less hoof-like clompy shoes, carrying a huge studded handbag.
"I have dreamt a lifetime to get on this flight to New York. I don`t care if its summer. Leather, high heels, and a bad attitude. Here I come," she wrote on Twitter. The second North American leg of her `Monster Ball` tour kicks off at the Bell Centre in Montreal on June 28.
