Washington: As Zayn Malik turns 23, his lady love has planned something special for him.

Gigi Hadid took to her Instagram handle and posted a photo of a Z-pendant necklace with the Malik's birth date and time written in the upper left corner, reports E! Online.

The 20-year-old model captioned the picture, "ZDAY."

A source revealed that the duo is spending the special occasion together, adding that Hadid loves birthdays, so she is happy she can be their to celebrate with Malik.

The insider also revealed that Hadid has also given some very thoughtful gifts to the birthday boy.
