Gyllenhaal set to be a juror in real life

New York, Jan 28: Actor Jake Gyllenhaal is a prospective juror in a misdemeanour battery case in a Los Angeles court.According to tmz.com, Gyllenhaal sat in a corner in the jury assembly room trying to go unnoticed. He wore a black cap, blue jacket and a back pack. He was finally excused for the day, but not from the case.

In the courtroom, he was allowed to go through the juror questioning process in a private room. He will find out if he has been selected to be on the jury soon. Gyllenhaal is currently dating Oscar winning actress Reese Witherspoon. IANS
