Halle Berry stalker charged with burglary

Washington: Halle Berry’s alleged stalker has been charged with burglary after he made repeated attempts to break into the actress’ home. Richard Anthony Franco, 27, who trespassed on the actress’ property three times in three days, has now been charged with an additional count of burglary by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, reports Contactmusic. However, Franco, currently on probation in a separate misdemeanour battery case, pleaded not guilty to burglary that carries a six-year prison term. He is currently behind bars with bail set at 15,000 dollars. ANI
