Halle Berry under attack for demanding high security

London: Halle Berry has come under fire for demanding a high level of security during her recent visit to Poland.

A top politician of the East European country ridiculed the Academy winning actress` security cover saying that it looked like the Queen was visiting, reported Daily Star online. The `Monster`s Ball` star visited Warsaw earlier this month to launch her new perfume `Reveal`. The actress is said to have had an armed police escort to take her around the country`s capital and senior MP Edward Siarka has reacted with fury at claims Berry`s entourage sped through a red light during her trip. "Anyone would have thought this was a president late for a meeting with The Queen or it was the Queen herself," he told Britain`s Daily Star newspaper. The 44-year-old who is dating French actor Olivier Martinez, had launched her third perfume in the country. Talking about the new scent, Berry said, "Because this is the third one, I have a little bit of experience now. With each one, the goal is to make them different, yet the same in that it`s reflective of who I am." PTI
