Happy birthday Anushka Sharma!

New Delhi: Bollywood tall beauty Anushka Sharma made her grand entry into the world of Hindi cinema with Yash Raj Films in 'Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi' opposite none other than 'king of romace' Shah Rukh Khan in 2008. The actress since then has been showcasing her acting talent with power-packed performances in various avatars. The leggy lass celebrates her birthday today.

She started out as a professional model and then went on to capture the beautiful glamour world. She got rave reviews for 'Band Baaja Baaraat' in 2010, again a YRF banner venture, this time opposite Ranveer Singh. The actor made his debut opposite Anushka, and their onscreen chemistry created waves at the Box Office window.

Anushka even bagged Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress for playing a documentary filmmaker in Yash Chopra's ;last film as a director 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan' in 2012. She was lead in one of the highest money-making film of 2014—Aamir Khan's 'PK'.

The actress ventured into another aspect of filmmaking, besides acting. 'NH10', which released this year was her debut as a producer and she did succeed in making a thriller quite well. The actress, who turned a year older today hogs the limelight often for her personal relationship.

Anushka, who is dating Indian cricketer Virat Kohli currently has never really shied away from making a public appearance with her man. Her upcoming venture includes 'Bombay Velvet' with Ranbir Kapoor and 'Dil Dhadakne Do' with Ranveer Singh.
