London: Comedian Jack Black is not too sure whether he has embarrassed his children yet with his onscreen antics including donning nappies and a `girly` dress in his upcoming movie `Gulliver`s Travels`.
The `School of Rock` star, who has two sons with wife Tanya Haden is famous for his portrayal of bumbling, cocky characters and has no qualms in doing outrageous acts in his movies, but feels his kids may eventually regret his antics, a website reported.
"Not yet, they are only two and four years old, they are not embarrassable yet. But, yeah. soon perhaps. They`re pretty funny themselves though, we`ll see who embarrasses who first," said the 41-year-old actor.
Speaking about fatherhood, Black feels he comes across as a good father as he takes enough rest to keep up with his kids` energy levels.
"The more sleep I get, the better dad I am. Parenting is 90 per cent energy; if you don`t have it, then there tend to be some lazy TV-watching days with the kids and that ain`t getting it done. A great day with them is an energized adventure into the world," Black said.
However, the actor quips in that parenting is all about keeping the child `happy` without being materialistic.
"My best piece of parenting advice? Never try to make a happy child happier. Just leave it alone. When you try and kick it up to another level with a scoop of ice cream or whatever, it ruins everything," he added.
