Is Ranbir Kapoor scared of Salman Khan?

At a recent event, RK cleared the air about using Salman’s name in his upcoming film

When Besharam trailer was out, what made to the headlines was that Ranbir Kapoor has made fun of Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan in the trailer. Well, the young lad has tried justifying the scenes… at least one scene! Ranbir said, “There was an article which stated that we’ve made fun of Salman Khan. That’s not true.” He added, “My father’s character in the film is called Chulbul Chautala and in one of the scenes he says ‘Babli (Ranbir’s character) chod de mujhe. Main tujhe nahi chodunga’. Reacting to this I say, ‘Sirf Chulbul naam rakhnese koi Dabangg nahi ban jaata’. So it is for the character. We aren’t trying to make fun of someone.” Well, while this Kapoor lad has justified that the filmmakers aren’t trying to make fun of Salman Khan, we wonder why he hasn’t justified the scene which offended SRK’s fans.
