Mumbai: Salman Khan’s residence ‘Galaxy Apartments’ in Bandra, has almost become a landmark of sorts for people in Mumbai. Every year, the star greets his fans during his birthday and Eid festivities at his residence where hundreds of people throng to catch a glimpse of the superstar.

But going by the recent reports, Salman is all set to be move out from his residence where he has spent his entire life with his parents. The actor, reportedly, is planning to shift to a bigger place sometime next year.

Speaking to Hindustan Times, the actor said, "I have stayed here for as long as I could. Now I may stay here only for another year. We have a property, which we are constructing; that`s where I will move,"

Although the actor did not divulge details about his new house, he did admit that staying at Galaxy has become a habit which would be difficult to get rid of. Salman stays in the ground floor of the apartment building while his parents stay on the first floor.

"I have not been able to move out of this house. I have been living here since childhood, and I`m used to everything about it. But it`s about time I get out of my current residence. It`s getting increasingly uncomfortable here, with no place for my shoes and clothes,” said the ‘Dabangg’ star.

But one thing is for sure, wherever Salman moves, his fans will throng that place too, just to catch a glimpse of their favourite actor.
