Jennifer Connelly and Paul Bettany expecting second child

London: Oscar winning actress Jennifer Connelly is expecting her second child with husband, `The Tourist` actor Paul Bettany.

The `Blood Diamond` star and her English husband confirmed that they are expecting a sibling for their seven-year-old son Stellan, reported Daily Mail online. The 40-year-old actress is also mother to 13-year-old son Kai from a previous relationship with photographer David Dugan. The couple started dating in 2001 after co-starring alongside Russell Crowe in `A Beautiful Mind`, for which she won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress. They wed in a private ceremony in Scotland on New Year`s Day 2003 and were joined by son Stellan the following August. Last year, the couple co-starred alongside each other again in `Creation`, with Bettany, 39, playing Charles Darwin and Connelly as the naturalist`s wife Emma. Bettany is currently appearing in cinemas alongside Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp in `The Tourist`. PTI
