Karan Johar – Kajol friendship goes kaput! Is THIS proof enough?

Kajol has been Karan Johar’s lucky mascot for many years and has been a part of three of his most successful films.

Mumbai: Karan Johar took to Twitter Sunday to celebrate eighteen years of his directorial debut film – Kuch Kuch Hota Hai – starring Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerji and Kajol. And on this occasion, the producer-director thanked his mentor Aditya Chopra and BFF SRK for making his cinema dream come true.

But strangely there was no mention of his dear friend Kajol, who was an integral part of the blockbuster.

By thanking Adi (Aditya Chopra), Karan expressed his gratitude towards Adi. Rani, Adi’s wife too was a part of the film but the kind of equation Karan shared with Kajol was very special. The two were best buddies despite the fact that Kajol’s husband Ajay Devgn never shared a great relationship with either SRK or KJo.

Recently, Ajay too revealed that his wife no longer shares the same bond with Johar. However, the rift between Kajol and Johar had nothing to do with the clash (Shivaay and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil release on the same day) but a “personal hurtful feeling”.
