Kargil Vijay Diwas: Govinda pays tribute to war heroes

New Delhi: Bollywood actor Govinda remembered and paid tribute to the Kargil war heroes Sunday on microblogging site, Twitter.

The nation would always remember their sacrifice, he mentioned in his tweet on 'Kargil Vijay Diwas'.

The Kargil war, which was an armed conflict between India and Pakistan in the year 1999, was fought for more than 60 days and ended on July 26.

'Kargil Vijay Diwas' is celebrated on July 26 every year in honour of the Kargil war heroes.
