Confirming the report, the representative of the 37-year-old actress told People Magazine that the couple is delighted over the news.
The `Titanic` star has a daughter, Mia, 12, and a son, Joe, 9 from her previous marriages that ended in divorce.
Winslet and Rocknroll tied the knot in a secret ceremony in December after they began dating in the fall of 2011.
