The missing case of Laila Khan is getting murkier by the day. The starlet, who went missing last year with her mother and her siblings, was allegedly involved in several illegal dealings.

Mumbai: The missing case of Laila Khan is getting murkier by the day. The starlet, who went missing last year with her mother and her siblings, was allegedly involved in several illegal dealings. According to the Mumbai crime branch, more than 1000 photographs have been found at Laila’s residence in which she is seen posing with influential politicians and industrialists. The police now suspect that the actress was also involved in the Hawala scandal. The actress who featured in a film called ‘Wafaa’ with superstar Rajesh Khanna was allegedly shot dead last year claimed her step father, Parvez Tak. A case of missing person was filed by Laila’s biological father, Nadir Patel at Oshiwara Police station six months back. Patel had accused Tak of kidnapping his daughters. Earlier reports had also suggested that Laila had married Munir Khan, a member of the Bangladeshi terror outfit Harkat-ul-Jihad al-Islami. Meanwhile, Mumbai Police have confirmed to Zee News that it would be questioning Tak and Asif Sheikh, co-accused in the case, soon about the murder. At present, they both are in police custody.
