London: Michael Jackson`s children will talk about their dad`s last days for the first time, when they give evidence in court.
Paris, 14, has agreed to join brother Prince as a key witness in the 40-billion-dollar lawsuit against Michael`s concert promoters AEG, whom they have alleged to negligently hiring his doctor. A source close to the family told the Mirror that both heard and saw certain things during Michael`s last few weeks alive and Prince was always going to give evidence, but Paris`s inclusion has been something of a shock. The source said that Paris was very strong and assured in her depositions with AEG`s lawyers, so the team decided that she should give evidence too. The trial in LA centres on a wrongful death lawsuit has been filed by Michael`s kids and his mother Katherine. The Jackson family have said that Prince heard key discussions about the tour, Michael`s health and what was expected of Dr Conrad Murray. The family hopes to win 40 billion dollars in lost earnings if AEG is found liable in the three-month case. ANI
