A research company, that measures what people talk about on the Web, found that Oprah’s last show was one of the top five events of the year, a daily reported.
Media measurement firm General Sentiment said only the death of Osama bin Laden, the royal wedding, the Super Bowl and Oscars inspired more activity.
The Web activity was even more than the ‘American Idol’ finale, a perennial top-scorer, reported the firm.
