Mumbai: Newly married couple Lara Dutta-Mahesh Bhupati is making headlines for all the wrong reasons. The duo, who tied the nuptial last Sunday, has been extremely rude to media, which requested them to pose for a photograph on the day of their wedding. Talking to a daily, an eye witness present at the event quoting Mahesh said, “Who invited you here?". People from Media are planning to boycott covering news about the couple. People from the fraternity are extremely upset with the couple as they never expected them to be so impolite to them. "There was no need to give us such bad behaviour specially when we have always stood by the couple and covered each and every event of theirs so well for so many years now. All we wanted was a little co-operation. We know that they were busy and that it was a private thing but they are celebs and their lives are not meant to be private, “said the source. Moreover, Media professional are of the opinion that if Mahesh wanted his marriage to be a private affair then he should have chosen a venue abroad. “Isf they wanted it to be private and media-free they should have gone to Honolulu or somewhere where no one would bother them. We were shocked that someone could be so rude to people on their wedding day. We were well-behaved. No one gate-crashed. We just stood outside and requested Mahesh to give us a picture,” added the source.
