Mumbai: Item girl Rakhi Sawant certainly knows how to make most of an opportunity. The motor-mouth, who has absolutely no qualms voicing her opinion irrespective of being heard on unheard, is now up to a new antic. The controversial sex-bomb had made offensive remarks on Anna Hazare’s team members Arvind Kejriwal, Prashant Bhushan and Kiran Bedi and had slapped the tag of `Kalyug Ke Raavan` on them. Clarifying her stance on the remarks that she made, Rakhi while talking to a daily said, "My intention wasn`t to hurt anyone. And if people are hurt with my opinion, I apologise for it. But we belong to a democratic nation, so why should we not be allowed to speak what we believe in?" The drama queen, who happens to be a Police officer’s daughter, did not appreciate the presence of drunkards and hooligans at the Ramlila Maidan, who under the garb of being Anna’s supporters misbehaved with the Delhi Police. She said, "How can people who call themselves Anna supporters attack cops? After all, I`m a cop`s daughter. And my father never accepted money from anyone. If cops are behaving properly, why should they be attacked?” Rakhi said, "To be honest, it is the fear that works as a deterrent in my case. Kisi ki itni himmat hai ki Rakhi se paise maange (No one dares to ask bribe from me!). People know if they do any thing of this sort, I will raise my voice. That`s how it should always be.” “We all need to drill that fear in people`s minds to ensure we are not considered as vulnerable. Maine apne kaam ladke karwaein hain (I have fought to get my work done). I have never bribed anyone and I`m proud of it," she added.
