Mumbai: Bollywood actors Parineeti Chopra and Ranveer Singh are not taking Diwali break and will be working during the festival as they are busy with their respective film commitments.
Ranveer is looking forward to the release of his much- awaited film `Ram Leela`, which also stars Deepika Padukone. The romantic-drama, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, releases on November 15.
"I will be promoting my upcoming film `Ram Leela` during Diwali," the 28-year-old actor said.
On the other hand, Parineeti will be shooting for Yash Raj Films `Daawat-e-Ishq`.
"I will be on the set... Shooting for the film. But we will celebrate (Diwali) with `Daawat-e-Ishq` team," she added.
The film is directed by Habib Faisal and stars Aditya Roy Kapur in the lead.
Parineeti said she loves bursting crackers with family members and that is her favourite childhood memory.
For Ranveer, the festival of lights had been an occasion for a family get together.
"We used to have our annual family dinner at my nani`s house where the entire family would get together and celebrate. There always was the cheer of festivities and the warmth of kinship in the air," the `Band Baaja Baaraat` actor said.
