Samuel L Jackson blasts reporter for confusing him with Laurence Fishburne

Wellington: Samuel L Jackson blasted a TV reporter during an on-air interview when the latter mistook him for `Matrix` star Laurence Fishburne.When entertainment anchor Sam Rubin asked the ` Pulp Fiction ` star about his Super Bowl ad for Kia cars, he didn`t realise that the commercial starred Fishburne and not Jackson, website reported.

Meanwhile, a visibly shocked Jackson realised Rubin`s mistake and said that he was not Fishburne, adding that not all black and famous people look alike. When a mortified Rubin tried to get Jackson`s attention away from his mistake, the 65-year-old actor continued saying that there is more than one black actor doing commercials and he is the other guy. Rubin later apologised to Jackson saying that he had committed a very amateur mistake.
