Shabana had 'fulfilling meeting' with UP CM

Mumbai: Veteran actress and social activist Shabana Azmi says she had a good meeting with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav.

"Had a very fulfilling meeting with CM Akhilesh Yadav about development plans for UP and Azamgarh in particular," Shabana, who along with her godchild Namrata Goyal, also runs NGO Mijwan Welfare Society, tweeted on Friday.

The NGO works for the empowerment of villagers in a small village, Mijwan in Azamgarh, UP.

On the film front, she has wrapped up filming "Jazbaa", which also stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Irrfan Khan.
