London: Hollywood actress Sharon Stone has been ordered to pay 144,000 pounds in compensation to a workman, who hurt his knee while working in her garden.

Instinct` star`s home in California.
Stone, 53, who was found guilty of negligence for having a flimsy fence, has been ordered to compensate the workman for his loss, reported a website.
The workman sought 930,000 pound for pain and loss of earnings, but he was awarded the lower sum at Los Angeles Superior Court.
